Goldlion "Vote to Win" Social Contest Terms and Conditions

 

The Goldlion Vote to Win Contest on Goldlion's social media channels (“Contest”) is organised by Goldlion Enterprise (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“Goldlion”, “The Organiser”).

This Contest is open to all Singapore citizens, permanent residents, and legal residents currently residing in Singapore, aged 18 years and above at the time of entry. 

Employees of Goldlion; and Goldlion’s advertising agencies, and the immediate family members of these employees, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

The Contest is valid from 7 November – 10 December 2025 (both dates inclusive, the “Contest Period”) on Goldlion Singapore’s official website. The Organiser shall reserve the right to revise the Contest Period at any time without prior notice or assign any reason whatsoever. All submissions received after the Contest Period shall be null and void without further notice.

Participants must ensure that all submitted information (including full name, email address, mobile number, age group, gender, and occupation) is complete to be eligible for the voting contest. Any information submitted that is inaccurate, incomplete or false will be disqualified.

By submitting your information and participating in the contest, customer represents that he/she has read and agreed with Goldlion’s terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Goldlion Enterprise (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to change, add or delete any terms and conditions herein, and to end or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice. Other terms and conditions may apply.

 

How to Participate

  • Visit the Goldlion Vote to Win Contest landing page at https://www.goldlion.com.sg/pages/your-shirt-specialist-vote-contest during the Contest Period.
  • Browse the five shirt styles and cast your vote for your favourite.
  • Submit your full name, valid email address, age group, gender and occupation to complete your entry.
  • Only entries with all required fields completed will be considered eligible. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
  • Participants may submit multiple entries; however, each participant is only eligible to win one (1) prize throughout the contest period.

Only entries that are considered as complete and correct by Goldlion will be eligible. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.

Applicable phone and telco charges may apply, and participants shall be responsible for these expenses.

 

Prizes:

Upon voting and form completion, each voter will automatically be eligible to stand a chance to win Goldlion prizes. The Organiser will randomly select one winner for each of the following prizes

  • Grand Prize (3 selected winners): S$500 Goldlion voucher redeemable at Goldlion Boutiques. Voucher terms and conditions apply.
  • Runner-up Prizes (20 selected winners): One shirt from the “Shirt Specialist” collection. Collection at Goldlion VivoCity boutique.
  • Third Prizes (80 selected winners): $50 Goldlion voucher redeemable at Goldlion Boutiques. Voucher terms and conditions apply.
  • Fourth Prizes (300 selected winners): $10 Goldlion voucher redeemable at Goldlion Online Store. Voucher terms and conditions apply.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, or other items, and are not valid with any other discounts, vouchers, or promotions. Any unutilized value from the prizes (e.g. partial voucher usage) will not be refunded in any form. Voucher terms and conditions apply.

Goldlion reserves the right to replace or substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or similar value without prior notice, including situations where the originally stated item is out of stock, discontinued, or unavailable for any reason.

 

Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected via random draw conducted by Goldlion within 7 working days after Contest ends on 10 December 2025.
  • Winners will be contacted via the email address or mobile number submitted by 19 December 2025.
  • Must respond within 7 working days to claim their prize; failure to respond results in forfeiture and a replacement draw may occur.
  • Prizes are to be collected at Goldlion VivoCity boutiques or via post or email. Upon confirmation, further details will be provided to the winners on details and instructions on redemption of prizes. Prizes must be collected within one (1) month from notification by Goldlion on prize collection. In the event that the Prize is unclaimed within such period, or there is no winner determined in respect of the Prize, it will be dealt with at Goldlion’s sole discretion.
  • By accepting the prize, winners agree to the use of their name, likeness, and any submitted content for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  • Goldlion’s decision on all aspects of the contest shall be final. No verbal or written correspondence, including but not limited to enquiries and appeals, will be entertained.

 

Personal Data Protection

By participating in this Contest, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data (including but not limited to your name, email address, and contact details) by Goldlion Singapore and its authorised partners for the following purposes:

  • Administering and managing the Contest (e.g., verifying entries, selecting winners, prize fulfilment)
  • Sending you updates and notifications related to the Contest
  • Contacting you for feedback, surveys, or marketing offers related to Goldlion products
  • Adding your information to our customer database to receive future promotional and marketing content via email, SMS, or other digital channels (you may opt out at any time)

We take data protection seriously and will safeguard your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and our Privacy Policy.

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, or withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at feedback.sg@goldlion.com

 

By participating in the contest, you agree that:

  • any and all personal data submitted for the contest may be collected, used, processed and/or disclosed by (i) the Organisers, their related corporations and their affiliates, and (ii) the contest sponsor(s), for various purposes including to communicate with you for purposes related to the contest (including to notify you of the outcome of the contest, to provide you with prizes, and to verify your identity and eligibility for the contest), to provide goods and services to you upon request, to send you marketing information on products and services offered by the Organisers, and such other purposes the Organisers may reasonably deem appropriate, or for such purposes that you may have otherwise given your consent to the Organisers.
  • the Organisers may collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their respective service providers and the contest sponsor(s), your personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of you (“Material“) for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in the Organisers’ publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the contest or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation; and
  • the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Material shall vest solely and absolutely in the Organisers without further compensation.

You shall not, without our prior written approval, speak to the press or any other media nor give any interviews or comments relating to the contest.

The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death in connection with the contest, or any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). Except to the extent that they may not be excluded by law, no representations, warranties, terms or conditions that are not expressly stated in these T&Cs apply to this contest nor in respect of the prizes and all implied warranties are excluded, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the prizes.

We have the right to vary or amend the terms and conditions of the contest by posting such amendments on our website(s) or publications. In the event of any discrepancy in details of the dates set out in our print newspapers and our websites, the dates on the websites shall prevail.

These T&Cs are governed by Singapore law. If any entrants to this contest wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this exclusively within the courts in Singapore.
