Goldlion Singapore Returns and Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes a change of mind or unforeseen circumstances may lead you to return or exchange an item. Goldlion offers a 15-day return policy, allowing you 15 days from receiving your item to initiate a return.

 

How to Start a Return: 

To initiate a return, please email us at feedback.sg@goldlion.com. Include a full photo of the item you are returning and a copy of the order fulfilment email we sent you.

 

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Product Condition: All returns and exchanges must meet the following criteria: Items should be in their original, unused condition, free from scents, stains, or washing, with all original tags and labels intact and in the original packaging.
  2. Hygiene Restrictions: Due to hygiene reasons, innerwear items such as socks, underwear, and inner T-shirts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
  4. International Returns: For returns from international locations, the customer is responsible for all return postal charges, including any applicable duties and taxes.
  5. Exchanges for Defects or Errors: If the return is due to a production defect, incorrect size, or incorrect item received, Goldlion will cover the shipping cost to send the correct item to the address provided, within [insert number] business days from receiving the returned item.
  6. Returns for Non-Product Issues: If the return is due to a reason other than issues related to our product, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs. The item must be sent back at the customer’s expense, and the tracking number must be provided to us once the return has been shipped.
  7. Refund Processing: Refunds are not immediate and may require up to 15 working days to process.

 

Return Policy for International Orders:

  1. For issues related to our products (such as incorrect items or product quality concerns), we will cover 50% of the shipping costs. However, the refund will be issued in the form of points or a gift card.
  2. For all other return reasons not related to product issues, the customer is responsible for all associated costs, including duties and taxes. These will be deducted from the refund amount.
